Multi-grain bread
With roasted sunflower kernels. Contains extra many harmonizing seeds. Also tastes delicious after being crisply toasted.

wheat flour, water, rye flour, natural sourdough (rye flour & water), rye grains, linseed (6%), sunflower seeds (4%), oat flakes, sesame (2%), malt (rye), salt, yeast
